Green Toys are usually made from natural materials such as wood (sustainable certified), bioplastic – this is a type of plastic made from natural base components such as corn and recycled products such a sawdust and plastic milk jugs. Soft toys and fabrics such as doll clothes are usually made from natural organic fibers. Toys should also be PVC (aka polyvinyl chloride) free. Sea Monkeys and ant farms are great green products for older children and bug catchers for the younger set. Tea sets and dollhouses are often made of recycled materials.
